About Us

FAQ’s

Everything you need to know about our wild-caught Pacific scallops and our delivery standards.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. For retail orders, our minimum purchase is 5 lbs, which equals one bag of IQF Halfmoon Scallops.

For wholesale pricing, the minimum order is 20 lbs, equal to four 5 lb bags. We also offer special pricing for larger orders starting at 80 lbs.

For wholesale inquiries, custom pricing, or larger volume orders, please contact us by email, phone call, or WhatsApp at 480-931-5757.

How are the scallops packaged?

Our Callo de Hacha Media Luna comes in 5 lb bags and is IQF — Individually Quick Frozen — to preserve texture, flavor, and quality. Each scallop freezes separately, making it easier to portion, store, and cook.

How long does shipping take?

We ship nationwide with expedited 1–2 day delivery. Transit time may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, weather, holidays, and shipping schedules.

Will my order arrive frozen?

Yes. Our seafood is shipped using frozen-shipping packaging designed to keep the product solidly frozen upon arrival. Your scallops should arrive frozen, not soft, semi-thawed, or difficult to handle.

Do you ship nationwide

Yes. We ship to customers, restaurants, seafood markets, and wholesale buyers across the United States.

Can restaurants or businesses order wholesale?

Yes. We supply restaurants, seafood businesses, distributors, and wholesale customers. Our standard wholesale minimum is 20 lbs. For orders over 80 lbs, please contact us directly for pricing, availability, and shipping options.

Do you provide invoices?

Yes. An invoice is provided after purchase. For wholesale or business orders, invoices can be issued with order details, product description, quantity, and total amount.

Why is the product fresh-frozen instead of fresh?

Fresh-frozen seafood allows us to preserve quality at peak condition and ship safely nationwide. IQF freezing helps protect the scallops’ texture, flavor, and freshness until they arrive at your door.

How should I store the product after delivery?

Place the product in the freezer immediately upon delivery. Keep frozen until ready to use. For best quality, thaw only the amount you plan to cook or serve.

What should I do if there is an issue with my shipment?

Contact us immediately at contact@caseafood.com. Please include your order number, tracking number, photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and a description of the issue. Do not discard the packaging until we review the case.
